Fascinating series of interviews with friends, family, associates and lovers, interspersed with film from Baker's earlier life and some modern-day performances. Director Weber is a celebrity himself but he manages to get to the heart of the trumpeter whose name is a by-word for lost opportunities and self indulgence.
