Big Night Tonight

Wednesday sees the opening of THEN AND NOW, an exhibition of work by Harvey Martin that has been heavily influenced by his experience of deep depression. He writes that it is a paradox that though many of his paintings reveal sadness, his joy in painting has never been greater.

this is followed by a performance of 'next swan down the river might be balck' in the theatre, a new play by sean burns inspired by his personal experience of being sectioned.
