Head of Participative Arts - Nadia Nervo
Our participative arts practice is led by Nadia Nervo,
Head of Participative Arts Development. Nadia has been
working at Watermans since 2006 and has helped shape the current
face of participative arts at Watermans. Nadia works with Watermans
Community Dance Coach as well as a team of independent coaches,
trainers, workshop leaders and production companies who specialise
in this kind of work. If you would like to find out more about what

Front of House
Watermans front of house team are instrumental in the delivery
of the programme on a day to day basis. They set up the studios,
source the equipment and support the artists and groups coming to
the building.
Technical Manager- Euan Maybank
Euan Maybank has been the Technical Manager at
Watermans since the start of 2011. Euan runs a team of technicians
who help support the running of participative events such as: the
Mooniver club night for people with learning disabilities and
special screenings in the cinema. Euan and his team will also
ensure that all the important equipment is running smoothly!
Orville Davis- Business Manager
Watermans employs full-time Business Manager, Orville
Davis, who is responsible for project management and
collecting and collating the information needed to demonstrate the
successful outcomes of our projects.
