A seductive comedy about two suburban women who travel to India and discover the unexpected. A Perfect Ganesh follows the rousing adventures of 'prim' Margaret Civil and 'outspoken' Katharine Brynne, who abandon their annual vacation ritual and purchase a holiday package to India.
Hosted by the perfect tour guide Ganesha, God of wisdom, prudence, acceptance and love, the women are led on an intoxicating and revealing pilgrimage.
Terrence McNally is one of America's most prolific, gifted and adventurous playwrights. Perfect Ganesh was nominated for a Pulitzer prize in 1994
