About this event

Tiff Stevenson: Bombshell

“a hugely accomplished and enjoyably provocative comedian’ The Times

Tiff Stevenson is a stand-up comedian, actor and writer with numerous TV shows to her credit including Mock the Week (BBC2) and Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC2). Her thought provoking and engaging style have seen her consistently play to packed audiences. Tiff's latest solo show 'Mad Man' was one of the best reviewed shows at the Edinburgh Festival 2015 receiving ten 4* and 5* reviews. In 2015 The Times picked Tiff as one of their top 10 comics to watch at the Fringe. Tiff's weekly live show Old Rope has enjoyed a succession of sell-out runs at the Edinburgh festival.

Eshaan Akbar

“So slick, I could have been watching a Live at the Apollo set” Bruce Dessau

“A story that’s likely to go far” Steve Bennett, Chortle

Eshaan’s professional career has taken him from private banking through to corporate communications via a career in local government public policy, so a move into comedy was the natural next step. Winner of the Piccadilly Comedy Club New Comedian of the Year 2016, he’s been in the finals of many other prestigious competitions, including So You Think You’re Funny and Laughing Horse.

MC Geoff Whiting

"Geoff Whiting takes the stage with consummate ease and works the audience like a miner at the coal face, digging out nuggets of information to fuel his comedy."Independent on Sunday

A familiar face at Watermans Geoff is one of only a handful of comics worldwide to have performed stand-up comedy in a pod on the London Eye (for ‘The One Show’ BBC1) and was the first English Speaking comic to ever perform at Club 99 in Bucharest, Romania in 2010.

Geoff is now the resident MC for Britain's Got Talent annual contestant showcase gigs at the Hen and Chickens in Islington. Comedic charm guaranteed.

Why not make a night of it? Add a three-course Indian Buffet to your comedy night and enjoy a delicious feast before settling in for an evening's entertainment! Choose from 3 starters, 5 mains and 2 desserts, with poppadums and dips with a mix of vegetarian and meat options.
