About this event

Two twits, one junkyard and an unexpected surprise!

Hot Coals are back with their unique brand of cartoon for the stage, in this fun filled, highly visual and touching piece, using music, puppetry and comic happenings with no dialogue. This family show was created to be fully accessible to both Deaf and hearing audiences in a shared experience.

Two endearing and quirky characters living in a scrapyard on the fringes of society have their lives turned upside down when the discovery of a tiny baby catches them by surprise. But where did it come from? And…um… does it come with a manual?!

Step into the strange murky world of Mr Pharaoh and his daughter and join these loveable vagrants as they grapple with their new routine. Steptoe and Son meets Three Men and a Baby, in this delightfully silly show. Lose yourself in this magical piece and reconnect with your inner child!

Highly visual, this show is Deaf accessible as well as suitable for people with learning difficulties that may not normally be able to enjoy the theatre, or anyone for whom English is not their first language.

Rooted in imagery, combining clowning, physical theatre, puppetry and music, Finders Keepers, was created as inclusive for Deaf audiences.
