About this event

“This festive satirical show delivers big-hitting performances and cunning lyrics”

The Guardian

Deck your balls with boughs of jolly...

Fem-fresh and flaming, your three favourite barbiturate babes are back to lead you through the track-’n’-traceless wasteland of a Covid Yule in an explosion of original music, song parodies, sketches, and sexy chair dances.

Sex Shells are London’s hottest queer musical-sketch-comedy threesome.  Regular sell-outs at the Soho Theatre, they’ve sleighed the critics at multiple Edinburgh Fringes and now they’re here to ruin Christmas.   Expect plums, pearl necklaces, and the public-school striptease – erections, rejections, fashion assassination – God, food allergies, global warming, chemsex, trans rights, Maggie Smith! Ahem. There will be tiers before bedtime.   Oh – and straight white men? We got your backs, babez.

Oi, Dirty Carol – we’re gunna sing ya. Friggy pudding.

About the Artists

Dr Adam Perchard is an escaped academic.  He moonlights internationally as a cabaret writer/performer and opera starlet, appearing at the English National Opera, on Channel 4, and even once in Donald Trump’s lair in Florida.  He is the writer and star of the Book Club Cabaret, and is currently working on his first novel.  Calum From Hull is the designer and visual artist behind sustainable fashion brand Returning Queen recently featured in Selfridges and Hunger Magazine, and general enfant terrible of the London cabaret scene. That Woman Rosie is a writer for stage and screen, a pianist and composer, and an ex pole-dancer. Her plays have been produced all over London and her debut film That Girl aired on Channel 4 in 2018. She has several original TV drama series in development, including a musical comedy about a troll.

Will make you think, make you sparkle, and make you feel better about the world
