Enjoy a fun-packed afternoon of entertainment of street arts and games. Meet Hieronymus the Hippo who is part animal and part mechanical. This is no ordinary hippo who is feeling under the weather, fortunately his companion doctor/mechanic is only too eager to show you what’s under the bonnet to diagnose the problem. What follows is an array of puppet shows built into the troubled creature revealing the origin of his malaise.

Look out for the giant majestic Slinkies fusing highly choreographed performance art bewitching often, hilarious audience interactions. This captivating walkabout has become both a festival and corporate staple all over the world combining bursts of comic energy with gentle fun audience participation.

Get creative and decorate a 6-metre long mural designed by Scott Walker, specially themed to celebrate the Jubilee. His unique hand drawn graphics take inspiration from cartoon illustration and urban culture, they are big and bold and loads of creative fun for everyone to enjoy.

Play giant games or build sand castles in the sand pit.

Take your photo with the Queen (a cardboard cutout of course), or maybe a big red phone box? And get your balloons from Watermans' favourite balloon artist, Dali Ballooni!

And when you need a bit of quiet, sit under the bunting and enjoy a delicious ice cream!
