Using small model figures, tiny props, and macro photography techniques you’ll create and photograph your own miniature world in this super fun workshop. You’ll be given an overview of the camera, help with creating your scene and receive digital photos of your images for you to print and frame or share with friends and family on social media.
During the workshop you’ll:
Find out about Little Worlds artists and photographers
Be shown the cameras that will be used to photograph your small world
Create a setting with props such as fake trees or goalposts or make a shoe box/cardboard backdrop.
Photograph model figures, or toys that you’ve bought in, to create your image
Do I need to bring anything?
All materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring in a few small toys to include in your photographs, or a small shoebox or similar size cardboard box if you want to create a backdrop. (Digital copies of your photos will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the workshop)
