Selected works showcase the talent of local students and are represented by both 2D and 3D techniques, including textiles, photography, printmaking and sculpture.
Brentford School for Girls is a multi-cultural school with strong links to the local community. ‘Excellence and creativity’ are at the heart of the school’s ethos and in 2012 it was awarded ‘Artsmark Gold’ by the Arts Council England for its commitment to quality arts education.
Most Brentford A-level art students go on to study at undergraduate level on a variety of creative courses run by leading universities and colleges.
Brentford School for Girls 2013 GCSE and A-Level Art/Photograph /Textiles students would like to thank everyone who has supported them throughout their art and design exams, in particular their parents/carers, their teachers Mr Critchley, Ms Storer and Ms Welsh and technicians Julie Green and Jane Johnson
